H / Plant Automation Design

Remove the friction. Raise the output.

Turnkey plant automation and production line engineering. HHRL designs, manufactures and automates the processes behind product manufacturing — from factory layout and flow, to mechanical CAD and in-house machining, to control systems and shop-floor data.

We take accountability for the complete chain: layout, CAD, machining, assembly, PLC control and performance visibility. Systems engineering keeps process requirements, mechanical interfaces, control behaviour and production data aligned. The aim is straightforward — remove process friction and boost productivity by engineering the parts of the process that slow it down: the handling, the assembly steps, the testing and the software that has to reach every unit.

Everything is built in-house: electromechanical assembly stations, actuated bed-of-nails test fixtures, and automated software-loading and unit-test rigs, driven by our own control electronics and firmware. One partner, from concept to production floor.

“Single-source accountability: layout, machining, control and data — no hand-offs between suppliers.”
