G / Product Assembly

From working boards to finished product.

A working prototype is not a finished product. Turning a validated design into something presentable means assembled electronics, real enclosures and packaging that protects what is inside.

HHRL assembles PCBs in-house — SMD placement and hand soldering — and builds enclosures and packaging, with 3D printing in resin and FDM for housings, fixtures and short production runs. Electronics, mechanical fit, access and testability are considered together, keeping assembly connected to the design intent. Because assembly happens under the same roof as the design work, problems surface and get fixed in days, not weeks.
